Your first order ships immediately, and then we make a custom plan based on your location, which will determine your treatment schedule. Expect a package every 2-4 months!

Is Vai safe around kids and pets?

Yes, Vai only uses the highest quality insecticides. Please follow the instructions included in the Insecticide to ensure you and your family are kept safe. Please keep kids and pets away from the application area until the approved time on your insecticides instruction manual.

What is included in my box?

Your shipment includes an Easy Spray Wand, Bag, Professional Level Insecticide, and gloves. We also recommend wearing additional PPE, including a mask, long sleeves, pants, and close-toed shoes, while applying Vai.

Can I apply Vai inside my home?

Yes, you certainly can; however, we recommend starting by building a barrier on the outside of your home. If your pest problem is really bad, then a fine application indoors and around the opening should do the trick. Please refer to your instruction manual included in the shipment to ensure a safe application.

What happens if I spray and still see bugs?

Don't hesitate to contact us, and one of our highly skilled reps will help address your current situation. Please ensure that all openings into the home are covered, and the entirety of the property is sprayed correctly according to your insecticide instructions.

Does Vai Work on Mice and Snakes?

Vai protects against over 100 types of insects, but we do not currently treat mice or snakes.

What happens if my Wand or Bag is missing or broken?

Please contact us, and we can issue one free Wand to replace your broken or lost one.

How large of an area will my shipment cover?

Our Basic treatment will cover up to 4500 sq. feet. If your home is larger than $4500 sq. feet, we recommend going with our larger treatment which will treat up to 8000 sq. feet.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

Canceling is easy; reach out to our team, and we will assist you with your subscription. Subscriptions canceled in between treatments will be refunded back to your account.

How long will my treatment last?

Our treatments protect your home for 2-3 months. We recommend applying your treatment as soon as it arrives as we plan your shipments to optimize your home protection against insects.

Is Vai safe on plants, tree's, bushes, and shrubs?

Yes, you can apply Vai to plants; however, we highly encourage our clients to avoid plants attracting bees. These plants include flowers, fruit trees, vegetables, and other plants that rely on pollination. Our products are harmful to the bee population so please avoid spraying any area or plant that a bee might be traveling

What separates Vai from traditional pest control companies?

Unlike many larger companies, we do not have a door-to-door salesman, expensive fleets of vehicles, technicians to apply, or service fees. This allows us to offer a professional-level product right to your door.
Say Good Vai to pushy salesmen and hours at the store wondering what type of product you should purchase and trust us to get the job done right. We offer a total satisfaction guarantee. If you are ever unhappy, let us know, and we will send you a personalized treatment to ensure your home is free of insects!

My Wand is not working?

If your Wand is not working it may be clogged. Ensure your Insecticide is fully mixed and there are no clumps or granules left in the bag. A good mix can take up to 5 mins to achieve.

If the Wand is still not spraying, try priming your Wand in a shallow bucket of water and once it is spraying, move it back to your Vai bag.

What Insecticides does Vai use?

Because insects can build resistance when the same insecticide is used over and over, we rotate between several single-use pesticides. These include Bayer Environmental Science Temprid SC-F Insecticide (EPA Reg No. 432-1544), Syngenta Arilon/Advion WDG Insecticide (EPA Reg. No 100-1501), Syngenta Demon WP EPA Reg No. 100-990), Control Solutions CSI 16-145 Lambda Cyhalothrin (EPA Reg No. 53883-389), Syngenta Demand Duo Insecticide (EPA Reg No. 100-1653). Each box includes 1-2 single-use insecticide containers depending on your membership type. Each insecticide contains the proper documentation and instructions required by state and national agencies, including the EPA. Members must follow the instructions, and insecticides are not available for resale. The shipments also include gloves, a bag, and a wand which have not been approved by any oversight committee. All pesticides are registered with the EPA, and depending on your state, there may be limits to the type of insecticide we can send you from the list above.Ā
